摘要:

介绍了GE 9E燃气轮机发电机无刷励磁系统的国产化改造情况。针对燃机无刷励磁系统运行的特殊要求,PSVR100励磁系统采用了多项先进技术,进行针对性设计,在燃气轮机机组的启停过程中配合机岛控制系统(Mark VI)实现一键启停。PSVR100发电机励磁系统各项控制性能优良,系统运行稳定、可靠,成功替代了原GE燃气轮机无刷励磁系统中的进口励磁系统。该类电力控制设备的国产化,对于后期运行维护的时效性、经济性以及励磁系统的可靠性意义重大,经济效益显著。

Abstract:

It introduces the localization of the GE 9E gas turbine generator brushless excitation system. In response to the special operation requirements of the brushless excitation system of the gas turbine, the PSVR100 excitation system adopts a number of advanced technologies to carry out targeted design. “Startup/shutdown with one key”works with the help of turbine island control system (Mark VI) during the startup and shutdown of the gas turbine. PSVR100 generator excitation system has excellent control performance, stable and reliable system operation, which perfectly replaces the imported excitation system in the original GE gas turbine brushless excitation system.Localizing the electric control device of this type is of great significance to the timeliness, economy and reliability of the following maintenance. And the economic benefits are remarkable.
