摘要:

针对某电厂700MW超临界机组 #5锅炉引风机电耗较大,高负荷下引风机动叶开度达到60%以上时继续增加开度,风机电流增长速率过快,而锅炉运行氧量达不到目标值等问题,对 #5锅炉引风机进行了热态试验,并结合烟气系统阻力的状况,分析减少 #5锅炉引风机转子叶片数的可行性,为  #5锅炉引风机的改造提供数据支持。

Abstract:

The power consumption of  No.5 boiler induced draft fan of a 700MW supercritical unit in a power plant is relatively large.When the opening of the induced draft fan reaches 60%, and keeps increasing under heavy load, the current growth rate will be too fast; and the operating oxygen of the boiler cannot meet the targeted value. A thermal test on the No.5 boiler induced draft fan was carried out, and combined with the condition of the flue gas system resistance, the feasibility of reducing the blade of  No.5 boiler induced draft fan rotor is analyzed. It provides data support for No.5 boiler induced draft fan renovation.
