摘要:

某台300MW亚临界汽轮机因热井电动放水阀误操作导致凝汽器地坑积水被吸入凝结水系统,蒸汽品质恶化,汽轮机通流部分急剧严重结垢,影响机组出力。通过除盐水清洗、喷砂处理等方法,有效去除了汽轮机盐垢,确保了机组安全、经济、稳定运行。

Abstract:

Accumulated water of a 300MW steam turbine was sucked into condensate system by maloperation of the electric drain valve of the hot well, which deteriorated the steam quality, caused serious scaling in the flow passage of the steam turbine and affected the output of the unit. By means of desalinated water cleaning and sand blasting treatment, the salt scale of steam turbine can be effectively removed .The safe, economic and stable operation of the unit can be ensured.
