摘要:

针对某燃气电厂V94.3A型燃气轮机启动过程中多次出现点火失败的情况,通过分析运行数据,发现环境湿度大和扩散燃烧天然气管道疏水效果不佳会影响机组点火成功率,提出了机组运行过程中、停运前及停机保养时保证有效疏水的措施,有效提高了机组点火的成功率。

Abstract:

There are frequent failures in startup and ignition process of a V94.3A gas turbine in a gasfired power plant. By analyzing its operating data, it is found out that high ambient humidity and poor draining effect of diffusion combustion natural gas pipelines will affect the the ignition of units.Effective drainage measures must be taken during the operation, before the shutdown and during the maintenance of the unit, which effectively improves the success rate of the unit ignition.
