摘要:

为解决南水北调中线总干渠沿线分水口漂浮物影响供水质量的问题,设计了一种斜拉式漂浮物拦捞装置,该装置在不破坏原分水口水工建筑物结构的基础上,将覆有滤网的梯形拦捞框架铰接于分水口闸前,采用卷扬起吊机构进行升降调节,有效地阻止了干渠中各种漂浮物由分水口进入取水管道,从源头上解决了水厂阀门和设备堵塞问题,提高了生产效益。

Abstract:

To protect the water along the main canal of the middle rout project in SouthtoNorth Water Diversion from being affected by floating trash at intakes, a cablestayed  device for trapping and raising floating trash was designed.Without damaging the original structure of the hydraulic structure, a trapezoidal trapping frame covered with filter was articulated in the front of diversion gate, and it was adjusted by winch hoist. The device effectively avoided various floating debris in main canal flowing from water diversion to intakes,which fundamentally solved the problem blockage of valves and equipment in water plants, and improved their production efficiency.
