摘要：

阐述火力发电厂大容量机组实现快速切负荷(FCB)功能的意义，分析阳煤西上庄2×660MW热电机组实现FCB的重要性。该功能可以在电网出现故障时实现带厂用电孤网运行，并可随时恢复向外送电，缩短电网恢复时间，提高在电网崩溃情况下的生存机会，体现电厂的社会价值所在。通过对国内电力企业几家电厂600MW以上等级超临界发电机组成功实施FCB功能经验的借鉴，针对阳煤西上庄热电机组主辅机配置的特点，提出阳煤西上庄2×660MW热电机组实现FCB功能的建议，为项目在基建期试运行阶段实施FCB功能提供技术探索和支持。

Abstract:

The significance of fast cut back (FCB) function for highcapacity units in thermal power plants ,and the importance of implementing FCB for 2×660MW units in Yangmei Xishangzhuang thermal power plant is introduced. This function can realize the operation on isolated network when there is fault in power grid, realize quick restoration of power transmission at any time,and improve the survival opportunity in the case of grid collapse.It reflects the social value of the power plant.Based on the experience of FCB function implemented in some supercritical units of 600MW or above in domestic power enterprises, analysis on application of FCB function in Yangmei Xishangzhuang 2×660MW thermal power units is proposed according to the characteristics of its main and auxiliary machine configuration.It provides technical exploration and support for the implementation of FCB function during the pilot phase of the project
