摘要: 在不增加新一代智能变电站交换机成本,不干扰数据业务通信的基础上,为实现交换机集中(批量)配置,节约IP地址源资,易部署高效投运,巡检省时省力,一键收集诊断信息,更换交换机免配置,批量升级软件,提高通信设备管理自动化水平,提出智能变电站交换机基于面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)管理技术GMT(GOOSE Management Technology)。介绍了在交换机上实现GMT总体设计,解析交换机管理数据通道和配置文件生成方式,分析交换机软件系统架构,支持安全命令行、安全超文本传输协议(HTTPS)、简单网络管理协议(SNMPv3)、变电站网络与通信协议(IEC61850)多种网络管理语法格式。基于稳定可靠、简单高效、易扩展原则设计智能变电站交换机集群管理通信协议,介绍主交换机和成员交换机状态机转换等。在实验室星型拓扑环境中验证交换机实现基于GOOSE管理技术。GMT对通信设备高效率管理和运维将对全站故障快速定位和排除提供有力保障,极大降低通信设备工程技术人员工作量,提高通信设备管理的工作效率。

Abstract: Without additional cost on new smart substation switches and interference in data service communication, a management technology GMT (GOOSE Management Technology) is proposed for solving generic object oriented substation events(GOOSE) of smart intelligent substation switches,which can realize the centralized (batch) configuration of switches, reduce the number of IP addresses, save the effort in deployment, operation and inspection, collect diagnostic information with one click, replace switch without reconfiguration, upgrade software in batch, and improve management automation for communication equipment. After the introduction of the GMT overall design on a switch, the data channels, the generation of configuration files, and the system architecture of the switch software are analyzed. The system can support the security command line, HTTPS, SNMPv3, IEC 61850 and other syntax formats. The communication protocol of smart substation switch clustering management should be stable, reliable, simple, efficient, and easily extensible. The state machine transition of the main switch and the member switches is introduced. The application of GOOSE management technology on switches is versified on star topology in the laboratory. Comprehensive and quick fault positioning and clearance is supported by efficient management and maintenance on communication equipment with GMT technology. GMT can greatly reduce the workload of related operators and improve the efficiency of communication equipment management.
