摘要: 脱硫污泥是燃煤电厂脱硫废水处理的副产物,重金属含量高、成分复杂、处理难度大。阐述了脱硫污泥的
特点与危害,以脱硫污泥成分分析为基础,总结了脱硫污泥的脱水处理技术、重金属去除技术及资源化利用情况。
重点分析了现有污泥固化技术的发展情况,讨论了污泥固化的影响因素与现阶段存在的问题。针对脱硫污泥的实
际情况,对固化技术进行了评价与预测,指出了固化技术的发展方向,可为今后脱硫污泥的稳定化处理研究提供
参考。

Abstract: As a by-product of desulphurization wastewater treatment in coal-fired power plants,desulphurization sludge is
of intensive heavy metals and complex composition,which makes it difficult to dispose. To expound the characteristics and
hazards of the desulfurized sludge,the dewatering technologies,heavy metal removal technologies and resource utilization
applied for the desulfurized sludge are analyzed based on its component analysis. The discussion focuses on the current
sludge solidification technology,and also involves solidification affecting factors and difficulties at this stage. The
solidification technology is evaluated and predicted according to the actual situation,which points out the development
direction and provides a reference for the future research on the stabilization treatment of desulfurization sludge.
