摘要:

燃气分布式发电机组出口到主变压器低压侧采用单芯电缆同相多根并联运行时,由于电流分配不均匀、感应电压过高等原因,经常出现电缆超温和超额定电流的现象,存在较大安全隐患。为此,提出了一种燃气分布式发电机组出口电缆同相多根并联运行的优化策略。首先,深入分析了燃气分布式发电机组出口电缆出现超温问题的主要原因;其次,构建了发电机出口到主变低压侧单芯电缆同相多根并联运行优化模型,并应用粒子群算法对模型进行求解,得知改变发电机出口到主变低压侧电缆排列方式,有效解决同相多根单芯电缆并联运行时电流分配不均匀、感应电压过高的问题;最后,通过天津某燃气分布式电站的典型案例分析,表明通过交叉优化布置不同相的5根电缆,可以有效地均匀分配各根电缆的运行电流,用于指导单芯电缆同相多根并联运行的设计与运行。

Abstract:

Multiple singlecore cables are used to connect a gas turbine generator outlet and a main transformer lowvoltage side during samephase parallel operation. There is overtemperature and overrated current in cables due to uneven current distribution and high induced voltage, which poses a large safety hazard.Thus,an optimization strategy of multiple  output cables samephase parallel operation for gas turbine generators is proposed. Firstly, main causes of the overtemperature cable of the gas turbine generator are analyzed in depth. Secondly, the optimization model of the multiple singlecore cables between the gas turbine generator and the lowvoltage side of the main transformer in samephase parallel operation is constructed, and the model is solved by particle swarm optimization. Changing the arrangement of cables from the generator outlet to the main transformer lowvoltage side can effectively address the uneven current distribution and high induced voltage of the multiple singlecore cables in samephase parallel operation. Finally, the typical case of a Tianjin gasfired distributed power station is studied.The results show that optimizing the crossing layout of five outphrase cables can distribute the current of each cable evenly, so as to guide the design and operation of the parallel operation of the singlecore cables of generators.
