摘要: 原煤分层燃烧技术是针对正转链条炉排存在缺陷而发明的一项改进技术,可以最大限度地克服链条锅炉在运行过程中存在的燃烧不完全、热效率低、出力不足、带负荷慢等缺陷。结合生产实际,利用机械、热力学、燃烧学理论知识系统分析了正转链条锅炉运行时燃烧过程存在的缺陷,对其实用效果进行对比分析,根据设备运行特点提出了管理举措。

Abstract: The coal stratified combustion technology is improved technology invented for overcoming the defects of forward traveling grate boiler. It can overcome in maximum way the defects of traveling grate boiler which includes incomplete combustion, low heat efficiency, insufficient output power, slow load response, and etc. combining with production practice, by using the theories of mechanics, thermodynamics and combustion science, the defects in the combustion process of forward traveling grate boiler were analyzed. The practical effects of the coal stratified combustion technology were compared and analyzed, and according to the equipment operation characteristics, some management measures were put forward.
