摘要: 结合平顶山姚孟电厂 #5机组1900t/h超临界锅炉在安装和试运行中对“四管”泄漏成功预防的案例,从安装过程质量控制、机组整套启动期间的运行控制策略、运行初期发生的问题等方面进行了分析,为同类机组提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: In the installation and commissioning operation of the 1900t/h supercritical boiler of unit No.5 in Pingdingshan Yaomeng Power Plant, the ‘four pipes’ leakage was prevented successfully. Taking this project as example, the quality control in installation process, the operation control strategy in period of the whole unit starting up and the problems occurred in early operation period were analyzed, which provides certain reference for similar units.
