摘要: 介绍了600MW超临界锅炉带炉水循环泵启动系统,指出了该设计的相关优缺点。提出了取消该循环泵而采用给水回热来回收热量和工质的设计改造方法,减少了初期投资和维护成本。

Abstract: In this paper the design features of the starting system of 600MW supercritical boiler with boiler circulating pump were introduced, the related advantages and disadvantages in the design were pointing out. A design reformation method was proposed, in which the boiler circulating pump was eliminated and the feedwater heat regenerative was used to recovery heat and working medium,the initial investment and maintenance cost were decreased due to the reformation.
