摘要： 介绍了某电厂一期工程2台600MW超临界机组汽轮机中压缸启动的过程和特点,详细分析了启动过程中存在的故障并提出了具体的处理措施｡最后指出,中压缸启动方式可使机组的启动更安全､经济｡

Abstract:

The process and features of startup through intermediate pressure（IP）cylinder of two 600MW units in some power plant project phase I were presented.The faults occurred in the process of startup through IP cylinder were analyzed in detail, and the relevant treatment measures were proposed. At last, it was pointed out that the tartup through IP cylinder is a safer and more economic way for unit startup.
