摘要:

为精确评估复杂局部遮挡状态下光伏阵列的发电性能,提出一种基于图像奇异值分解的光伏阵列输出特性建模方法。通过鲸鱼优化-随机奇异值分解准确提取遮挡类型、轮廓特征,精确定位遮挡至电池片,提取遮挡在每个电池片中占比以构建遮挡状态矩阵;基于单二极管模型,根据遮挡状态矩阵建立光伏阵列局部遮挡模型,实现光伏阵列输出电流-电压特性的快速、准确计算,可为利用光伏电站现场监控照片或视频评估光伏电站发电性能提供应用基础。

Abstract:

In order to accurately evaluate the power generation performance of a photovoltaic(PV) array under complex partial shading conditions, a modeling method for PV array output characteristics based on image singular value decomposition is proposed. The occlusion type and contour features of the model can be accurately extracted by whale optimization-random singular value decomposition. The locating of occlusion areas can be accurate to a single PV cell. Then the proportion of the occlusion area on each cell is obtained to construct the occlusion state matrix. Based on the single diode model, the partial occlusion model of the PV array is established according to the occlusion state matrix. The modeling realizes the fast and accurate calculation of current-voltage(I-V) characteristics, and supports the generation performance evaluation of PV power plants according to on-site monitoring photos or videos.
