汽轮发电机组现场高速动平衡试验

摘要: 中国石化广州分公司动力事业部热电站#1汽轮发电机组的#3、#4瓦轴振动值一直偏高,影响了机组的安全运行。采用了双平衡方法在现场进行了轴系高速动平衡试验后,收效十分明显,轴振动数值优良。该试验方法对机组安全运行及故障查找、处理有一定的参考作用。

Abstract: In Thermal Power Plant of Power Division of Guangzhou Branch of China Petroleum&Chemical Group, the vibrations of No.3 and No.4 shafts of No.1 turbogenerator set were higher and influenced the unit’s safety operation. After field test of high speed balance by double balance method, obvious effect has been obtained, the shaft vibration values have reached favorable level. The experiment method can be considered as a reference to check and treat faults for unit’s safe operation.
