摘要: 介绍了S109FA级联合循环余热锅炉中换热模块的结构特点,从破坏形成的机理、管束结构设计问题、运行工况的影响、焊缝质量等方面入手,全面分析了高压过热器2左侧中间集箱引出管损坏的原因,通过对管束结构和焊接工艺改进以及运行优化,达到防止该管束泄漏的目的。

关键词: 余热锅炉, 螺旋鳍片管, 泄漏, 改进, T91/P91材料

Abstract: The structure characteristics of waste heat boiler exchange module in S109FA gas turbine combined cycle units were introduced. Based on the mechanism of damage, design of pipe bundle, influence of operation conditions, quality of welding, the damage reasons of the middle header outlet tube in the left of the high-pressure superheater 2 were analyzed. The purpose of protecting the pipe bundle from leakage was reached by improving the structure, welding process and optimum operation.
