摘要: 在燃煤电厂脱硫系统中,烟气换热器(GGH)故障频繁,设备腐蚀、 积灰结垢堵塞、电/汽/水耗量大是影响系统投运率的主要因素。近年来,新建电厂取消了GGH,用湿烟囱取而代之,又带来了近地污染、烟囱防腐材料脱落、脱硫水耗大等新问题。为了更好地发挥GGH的功能,提出了新型相变换热器改造方案,为脱硫系统高效、低耗、安全运行提供了解决方案。

Abstract: In the desulphurization system of coalfired power plant, the faults of the gasgasheater (GGH) are occurred frequently, such as the equipment corrosion, dust deposition, scaling and blockage; and the high consumption of electricity, steam and water; so it is the biggest factor influencing on the system operating rate. In recent years, in the new built power plants, the GGH was eliminated and replaced by wet chimney; but this causes some new problems, such as the pollution in the vicinity, the dropping of the anticorrosive materials of the chimney, the higher water consumption and so on. In order to better develop the functions of GGH, a reformation scheme of new type phasetransition heat exchanger was put forward, which provides a solving way for higheffective, lowconsumption and safe operation of desulphurization system. 
