摘要: 双背压凝汽器的抽真空系统既能使双背压凝汽器的平均真空达到设计值又能大幅节约厂用电。若将600MW机组单母管抽真空系统改造成双母管双吸真空泵抽真空系统,其平均真空可提高0.7245kPa,每年可节约煤炭4284.755t;若将600MW机组双母管单吸真空泵抽真空系统改造成双母管双吸真空泵抽真空系统,1台真空泵每年可节约厂用电621997kW·h。双背压凝汽器抽真空系统技术改造后,其经济效益和社会效益显著。

Abstract: Using the dualbackpressure condenser vacuumpumping system, the average vacuity of the dualbackpressure condenser can achieve designed value, and the consumption of auxiliary power can be reduced in large amplitude. If the singlemain piping vacuumpumping system of 600MW unit is transformed into dualmail piping doublesuction vacuumpumping system, its average vacuity can increase 0.7245kPa, and the coal consumption can be reduced by 4284.755t each year. If the dualmain piping singlesuction vacuumpumping system of 600MW unit is transformed into dualmail piping doublesuction vacuumpumping system, one vacuum pump can reduce the auxiliary power consumption by 621997kW·h each year. The economic benefits and the social effects of the technical reformation of the dualpressure condenser vacuum pumping system are notable.
