摘要: 根据蒸汽轮机做功的原理和特点,对双抽供热机组两级抽汽的运行成本进行对比分析并对典型工况进行了计算,证明了低级抽汽供热的经济性并不总是优于高一级抽汽。总结了抽汽成本的变化规律和影响因素,提出了生产现场计算其燃料成本的有效方法。

Abstract: According to the principle and characteristics of steam turbine doing work, the operation costs of two stage steam extractions of double extraction heat supply unit were comparatively analyzed; and some typical conditions were calculated. The calculated results show that the economic efficiency of the lowerstage extraction heat supply is not always better than that of higherstage extraction. The variation law of the extraction cost and its influencing factors were summarized; and effective calculation method of fuel cost suitable to the production field was put forward.
