摘要: 介绍了SUMITEN 950-TMCP高强钢的热模拟试验过程,验证了试验数据,明确了二次热循环对该类钢材焊接粗晶区韧性的改善作用,依此提出在施工中采用多层多道焊的必要性。材料试验后,得出了三次热循环对改善焊接接头粗晶区的韧性作用不明显的结论。

Abstract: The thermal simulation experiment process of SUMITEN 950-TMCP highstrength steel was introduced. The experiment data were verified. It was clear that the second thermal cycle has the function to improve the toughness of the welded coarse grained region of this type steel. According to this, the necessity to adopt the multiplayer and multipass welding in construction was proposed. Based on material test result, a conclusion was obtained that third time thermal cycle has not obvious function to improve the toughness of the coarse grained region in welded joints of the material.
