摘要: 摘要:针对目前输电网规划方案综合决策方法中过程实现主观性强和数据需求难以得到满足的问题,提出了一种基于熵权和归一化样本的输电网规划方案灰色模糊综合决策方法。首先使用熵权法客观地计算出各个指标对输电网规划方案优劣的影响权重,再由归一化样本矩阵模拟专家评分,不仅避免了权重确定时带来的主观性和偶然性,还减少了大规模样本带来的大量人工操作;然后根据灰色模糊评估理论得出各个方案的优劣等级并进行决策;最后通过仿真算例验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: Abstract:In present comprehensive decision method of power transmission grid plan, there is certain subjectivity in decision process implementation, and it is difficult to meet the data requirement. Aiming at above problems, a gray fuzzy comprehensive decision method of power grid plan based on entropy weight and normalized sample was proposed. The first step is to use the entropy weight method to calculate the influence weight of various indexes on power grid plan quality. The subsequent work is to use the normalized sample matrix to simulate the expert evaluation. The method can avoid the subjectivity and contingence in weight determination and can reduce a lot of artificial operation caused by largescale sample. Then, according to the gray fuzzy assessment theory, the quality grade of various plans can obtained, and the decision can be made. At last, the feasibility of the method in this paper was verified by simulation example.
