摘要: 摘要:分析了动叶可调轴流风机现场遇到的实际问题,结合故障处理经验,在保证风机正常运行的同时,对动叶可调轴流风机液压缸输出反馈结构进行了优化改进。改进后,彻底消除了导致风机液压缸故障率增高的各种隐患,避免了风机停运及锅炉主燃料跳闸(MFT),有效提高了发电机组锅炉风烟系统运行的可靠性与稳定性。

Abstract: Abstract:The practical problems encountered in site were analyzed. Combining with the fault treatment experiences, under normal operation condition of the axial flow fan with adlustable rotor blade, the output feedback structure of the hydraulic cylinder of the axial flow fan with adjustable rotor blade was improved and optimized. After the improvement, various hidden troubles of the fan, which may cause high fault rate of the fan cylinder, were eliminated thoroughly, the fan outage accident and the MFT accident were avoided, and the operational reliability and stability of the boiler air flue gas system of the power unit were improved effectively.
