摘要: 摘要:分析了选择性催化还原法(SCR)烟气脱硝装置空气预热器冷端硫酸氢铵(ABS)形成原因及特点,提出了一种离线热水冲洗ABS污垢的方法,论述了该清洗方法的工艺组成、操作参数及清洗过程中应注意的事项,经实际应用,该清洗方法清洗效果良好。

Abstract: Abstract:The formation reasons and the characteristics of the ammonium bisulfate (ABS) formed by SCR flue gas deNOx system in air preheater cold end were analyzed. An off-line hot water washing method to clean the ammonium bisulfate dirt was proposed. The process flow and the operation parameters of the cleaning method were expounded, and the matters needing attention in cleaning process were pointed out. The practical use shows that the result of the cleaning method is favorable.
