摘要: 摘要:针对火电机组风冷干式排渣机清扫链系统磨损严重、易脱链、运行成本高、故障多的问题,分析了产生问题的原因,提出了优化方案。对比了优化前后清扫链系统的使用情况,对比结果表明,优化后的清扫链系统能有效降低运行成本,大幅度减少系统维护工作量。

Abstract: Abstract:There were defects in the original cleaning chain system of the aircooled drytype slag extractor of thermal power unit, which include the serious abrasion, the frequent taking off the chain, the high operation cost and other faults. The reasons of above problems were analyzed, and an optimization scheme was proposed. The operation conditions of the cleaning chain system before and after optimization were compared. The comparison result shows that the operation cost of the optimized cleaning chain system was decreased effectively, and the maintenance workload of the system was reduced significantly.
