摘要: 摘要:根据核电旋转电机管路的防锈要求制订了详细的工艺流程,对实施过程中存在的过腐蚀、磷化膜不均以及磷化后返锈等问题进行了试验研究,得出了酸洗液的最佳配比和最佳磷化剂,解决了磷化后返锈的难题,可为此类产品的磷化处理提供参考。

Abstract: Abstract:According to the rust prevention requirement of the pipes of rotating electric machines in nuclear power stations, a detailed phosphating technology process was developed.The problems occurred in implement of the technology process, such as the overetching, the unevenness of phosphating film and the rerust after phosphorization, were researched experimentally, and the optimal proportion of the acid washing liquid and the best phosphorization agent were obtained. The problem of rerust after phosphorization was solved. The results in this paper provide reference for phosphating of similar equipments in nuclear power stations.
