摘要：湖北华电西塞山发电有限公司二期680MW新机组的投运给系统带来了暂态稳定问题，分析了电厂母线各种接线方案下系统的稳定性，指出了稳定问题最小的母线接线方式并提出了运行时应采取的应对措施。
