摘要：对静叶可调轴流式引风机在运行过程中出现叶片磨损和断裂的原因进行了分析，并从设备调试运行、维护及设备制造等角度提出了相应的解决方案，有效解决了问题，延长了引风机叶片的使用寿命，保证了燃煤电厂引风机安全运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:An analysis on the reasons of blade wear and breakage for the working adjustable static blade axial flow fan was carried out and correspondingsolutions were proposed from the aspects of debugging and running,maintenance and manufacturing of equipment.The solutions solved the problems efficiently and extended the performance life of blades,which insures the long time safe operation of coal fired power plants.
