摘要:传统的空气预热器吹灰器一般采用蒸汽吹灰,蒸汽吹灰效果较差、维护难度较大,加上脱硝投运后产生大量的NH4HSO4,加剧了空气预热器的堵灰,造成其传热效率低、电流增加、烟气侧阻力增大。针对内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司#1锅炉空气预热器积灰堵塞严重的问题,尝试使用新型可调频高声强声波吹灰器进行吹灰,使用后吹灰效果明显改善。空气预热器运行参数较此前单独采用蒸汽吹灰器时更加优越,解决了蒸汽吹灰器吹灰效果差及换热元件腐蚀吹损等问题,探索出一种新的空气预热器吹灰解堵方法。

Abstract:

Abstract:Steam blowing technique is commonly used for traditionalsootblower of an air preheater,but it is less effective and its maintenance is more difficult.Moreover,a large amount of ammonium hydrogen sulfate is generated after the denitration system is put into operation, which exacerbates the ash blocking of air preheater and caused its lower heat transfer efficiency,higher current and resistance of flue gas side.
For the ash blocking on the No.1 air preheater of Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Company Limited,the authors attempted to use
a new type tunable high intensity sonic sootblower to solve the question and the soot blowing effect is improved obviously,the operation parameters of air preheater are also superior to that of a steam sootblower.This paper provided a new method and solved the problems of the poor effect of a steam sootblower and the blowing loss of heat exchanger components.
