摘要:某电厂大容量超临界机组NOx排放虽满足环保要求,但NOx脱除存在较大压力,需进一步升级改造。根据燃煤特性及电厂实际情况,对燃烧器进行改造,增设了选择性非催化还原系统,并对该系统进行提效改造。改造后,NOx排放质量浓度低于50mg/m3,满足超低排放要求,且降低了NOx脱除运行成本。

Abstract:This paper points out that even if a certain power plant with supercritical unit meets the requirements of NOx emission, the NOx desorption can still be a big problem, which need to be upgraded. According to coal property and power plant’s actual situation, it is suggested to transform the combustor and add selective catalytic reduction system. Mass concentration of NOx emission is below 50mg/m3 after the transformation, which not only meet the requirements of emission standard, but also lower the cost of NOx desorption.
