摘要:

风电机舱的有效通风冷却,可以保障风电机组在高温天气下安全、高效运行。通过建立风电机舱仿真模型,对加装聚风罩前、后的风电机舱进行模拟计算,计算结果表明:随着环境风速的增大,机舱内部温度明显下降,风速大于8m/s时,机舱与环境温度差小于3℃;外部风速越大,机舱内外的温度差也越小。加装聚风罩后,减少了风机因机舱内部温度过高而导致的被迫停运现象,提高了风电机组发电的经济性和安全性。

Abstract:

The effective forcedair cooling of wind power engine room could ensure the safe and efficient operation of wind turbine unit in hot weather. Through building a simulation model of wind power engine room, this paper simulated the engine room before and after the installation of wind gathering cover. The results shows that the temperature in engine room drops significantly as the increasing of environmental wind speed, when the wind speed is greater than 8m/s, the temperature difference between engine room and environment is less than 3℃ and the larger the external wind speed, the smaller the temperature difference. After the installation of wind gathering cover, the failure of wind turbine unit caused by high inner temperature in engine room was reduced, and it improved the economy and safety of wind turbine unit.
