摘要：

提出区域电网平衡度概念，建立基于灰色关联分析方法的平衡度评价模型，并进行主客观组合赋权，对某5省域电网的资源优化友好程度进行综合评价，并提出省域电网资源优化友好度模型，验证分析提出的平衡度模型的正确性。结果表明，该模型不但能够反映区域电网不同运行状态下的电力平衡水平，并且具有通用性、可操作性好等优点。

Abstract:

The concept of reginal degree of balance was introduced.The model for balance degree evaluation was build based on grey association analysis method. Combination weighting approach of subjective and objective was carried out. The resource improvement friendship degree of five provincial power grid was evaluated. A model was built to testify the correctness of balance degree model. The result indicated that it could indicated the reginal balance degreed under different operation condition. And it featured with commonality and operability.
