摘要:

中国华电集团福建分公司依据《华电集团公司火电机组热控系统可靠性评估细则(试用)》及 DL/T 261—2012《火力发电厂热工自动化系统可靠性评估技术导则》等行业标准,从热控系统硬件配置、软件功能、现场设备安装、热工独立控制装置、技术管理、外围控制系统等6个方面,对下属单位热工系统设备可能存在的隐患及管理漏洞进行可靠性专项查评,同时,通过对发现的问题及时进行整改,从根本上减少因热控系统软、硬件设备问题而发生异常或非计划停运的可能,从而提高了热工设备的可靠性。

Abstract:

On the basis of Detailed rules for reliability evaluation of thermal control system of thermal power unit in Huadian Group Corporation (trial) and DL/T 261—2012 The guidelines for the thermal power plant automation system reliability evaluation technology,Huadian Fujian Company exerted specialized inspect and evaluation on the reliability of the equipment, hidden troubles and  loopholes in management in its subordinate units from six aspects,such as thermal control system hardware configuration,software functions and site equipment installation ,thermal independent control device,technical management,and peripheral control system. At the same time, through finding problems timely and making prompt rectification,the possibility of abnormal condition or unplanned outage because of the thermal control system software and hardware equipment cab be reduced fundamentally, which improves the reliability of the thermal technology equipment.
