摘要:

随着我国工业机器人技术的快速发展,工业机器人已经在众多领域得到了广泛应用,在火力发电行业燃料智能化领域里,主要探讨工业机器人技术在煤炭自动化制样分析系统中应用的可行性和设计选型注意事项,介绍一种通过应用工业通用机器人技术实现煤炭分析样品的制备、样品包装、编码识别、水分检测等功能的新型智能制样系统装备。该机器人制样系统可以应用于煤炭智能化采制样系统中,也可在煤炭制样间中单独使用,使得煤炭样品的制备、检测等过程全部智能化、无人化、标准化、无尘化。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of industrial robot technology in China,industrial robots have been widely used in many fields. In the fuel intelligentization of thermal power generation industry, the feasibility, design and precautions of industrial robot technology in coal automated sampling and analysis system are mainly discussed. A new intelligent sampling system which can realize sample preparation, sample packaging, code recognition and moisture detection by utilizing general industrial robot technology is proposed. The robotic sampling system can be applied to the coal intelligent sampling system, and can also be used alone in the coal sampling room, so that the preparation, detection and other processes of the coal sampling can be intelligent, unmanned, standardized and dustfree.
