摘要:

利用ANSYS对脱硫塔顶部放置了湿式电除尘器的结构进行了有限元分析。结果表明,脱硫塔塔壁的开洞造成了结构上明显的应力集中和薄弱部位。根据有限元分析的结果,选择合理的塔壁厚度和构造,实现设计优化。

Abstract:

The finite element analysis on the structure of the wet electrostatic precipitator placed on the top of the desulfurization tower was carried out by ANSYS. The results show that the opening on the wall of the desulfurization tower causes concentration points of structural stress and weak parts of tower. According to the results of finite element analysis, reasonable tower wall thickness and construction measures are selected to achieve design optimization.
