摘要:

蒸汽余热型有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电系统蒸发器内相变区传热系数与单相区差别较大,使用常规的设计方法计算传热面积可能存在误差,利用传热学基本方法计算了蒸发器的换热面积,并根据试验数据对其传热性能进行了评估,结果表明,蒸发器能够满足系统的传热要求,可为ORC发电系统蒸发器的设计提供参考。

Abstract:

There is difference between the heat transfer coefficient of the phase transformation zone and that of the single phrase zone in the evaporator of steam waste heat type organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system.There may be errors in calculating the heat transfer area using conventional design methods.The heat transfer area of the evaporator can be calculated by the basic method of heat transfer, and the heat transfer performance can be evaluated based on the test data.The results show that the evaporator could meet the heat transfer requirements of the system. It can provide reference for the design of evaporator in ORC power generating system.
