摘要:

针对火电厂输煤系统粉尘浓度不达标的现状,以某电厂为研究对象,分析认为输煤系统粉尘产生的主要原因为导料槽内的空气流动和皮带的振动,并根据环境条件和燃煤特性,提出对导料槽、水喷雾设备和落煤管的技术改造方案。改造取得了良好的除尘效果,可为火电厂输煤系统粉尘综合治理提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Targeting at the unqualification of dust concentration of coal handling system in coalfired power plants, the causes of dust generation in coal handling system are analyzed which are air flow in guiding grooves and vibration of belts. According to environmental conditions and coalburning characteristics, the technical scheme for guiding groove, water sprayer and coal dropping pipe is proposed. The transformation has achieved good dustremoval results and provides reference for the comprehensive treatment of dust in the coal handling system of thermal power plants.
