摘要:

某发电厂因自动发电控制(AGC)电厂侧与调度侧参数调整导致机组负荷调节异常,通过对AGC数据传输、指令算法、数值换算、调节模式的分析,确认了负荷调节异常的原因。从安全技术措施、参数设置、指令核对、试验验证和过程管理等方面,对因AGC参数调整而导致的负荷调节异常问题提出了具体防范措施,可为AGC异常处理及运行维护提供参考。

Abstract:

There is abnormal load regulation of AGC due to the disparity between power plant side and dispatching side parameter.Through the AGC data transmission, command algorithm, numerical conversion and adjustment mode analysis, the cause of abnormal load regulation is confirmed.Briefing from safety technical measures, parameter setting, command verification, test verification and process management ,specific preventive measures are proposed for AGC parameter adjustments that could lead to abnormal load regulation.It could provide reference for adjustment of AGC abnormal regulation and operation maintenance.
