摘要：

传统省煤器的吹灰法一般采用蒸汽吹灰，利用电厂蒸汽作为动力对换热元件直接进行吹扫，覆盖范围有限、吹灰效果差、维护成本很高。省煤器换热管严重积灰会使传热效果迅速恶化，锅炉的排烟温度逐渐升高，锅炉的热效率大大降低，进而造成烟气阻力增加，使引风机的负载及耗电量增加。针对某电厂省煤器积灰堵塞严重的问题，尝试使用新型移动声波吹灰器进行吹灰，使用后吹灰效果明显改善，省煤器运行参数较此前单独采用蒸汽吹灰器时得到优化，且蒸汽吹灰器吹灰效果差及换热元件腐蚀吹损等问题得到解决。

Abstract:

Traditional soot blowing method of economizers generally adopts high temperature steam as power for soot blowing which is directly purged on heat exchange elements.Its coverage is limited,soot blowing effect is poor,and the maintenance cost is high.The serious ash deposition on heat exchange tubes of economizer will quickly deteriorate the heat transfer effect.The boiler exhaust temperature will gradually increase and its thermal efficiency will be greatly reduced.The smoke resistance will also increase, which lead to high power consumption of induced draft fan.For the serious jamming problem of ash depositionin power planst,a new type of mobile sonic soot blower is adopted and the sootblowing effect is significantly improved.The economizer operation parameters are more superior than that with steam sootblowers alone.It solves the problems of poor soot blowing performance of the steam soot blower, corrosion and blow loss of the heat exchange elements.
