摘要: 针对火电厂燃料管理一般存在的自动化程度低、管理方式落后、信息整合困难等问题,结合横山电厂燃料智能管控系统工程的实际情况,提出了一套整体解决方案。在电厂采用红外扫描自动识别、无人值守称重、自动采样、自动制样、自动存查、气力输送等硬件设备的基础上,该方案利用集成智能管控系统对基础设备层实施直接控制,并通过实时数据采集和交互,实现对燃料全过程数据在线、实时监控,做到“采-制-化-计”数据不落地,实现了燃料管控设备自动化和智能化。结合方案的实施情况,总结其应用效果和工程项目的实施经验,从而为电厂的燃料管理系统建设提供示范案例,有利于提升电厂燃料的管理效益、经济效益,实现数字化电厂向智慧电厂的转变。

Abstract: Aiming at the low automation, backward management and difficulty in information integration existing in thermal power plant fuel management, based on the case of fuel intelligent management and control system in Hengshan Power Plant, an overall solution is put forward.Fuel intelligent management and control system takes direct control on the basic equipmentl ayers including devices for infrared scanning and automatic identification, unattended weighing, automatic sampling, automatic sample preparation, automatic sample storage and sample pneumatic conveying. Through realtime data acquisition and interaction,the system can take online realtime monitoring on fuel wholeprocess data, so as to achieve successive transfer of “sampling preparationtestmeasuring” data, and improve the degree of automation and intellectualization of fuel management. According to the performance of the scheme, the application and implementation experience of project are summarized, so as to play a demonstration effect for the construction of fuel management and control system of the power plant. The successful implementation of the overall scheme of fuel intelligence will be conducive to improving the fuel management and economic benefits of the power plant, and realizing the transformation from digital power plant to intelligent power plant.
