摘要: 火电厂湿法脱硫废水零排放已成为大家关注的重点问题。通过分析某电厂脱硫废水水质特性,提出了一
种低温烟气余热闪蒸脱硫废水深度处理技术,并进行了15 m3/h的工程化处理示范。运行结果表明,该工艺系统结
构简单,运行稳定可靠,凝结水回收率高,无废水排放,达到了脱硫废水零排放的目的。无需加药预处理,利用废水
中的石膏作为晶种,实现废水浓缩过程中二价盐结晶分离。系统运行费用低,每处理1 m3脱硫废水直接运行成本约
为 19.42元。从原水与凝结水水质指标对比可以看出,除氨氮外,凝结水中悬浮物(SS)、化学需氧量、钙离子、镁离
子、硫酸根离子、氯离子等主要指标的去除率均高于96 %,主要指标基本达到了GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生
利用工业用水水质》中锅炉补给水水质标准要求。

Abstract: Zero liquid discharge(ZLD)of flue gas desulfurization(FGD)wastewater from coal-fired power plants has
attracted lots of public attentions. A low-temperature flue gas waste heat flash evaporation technology for FGD wastewater
advanced treatment was proposed ,and has been applied in a pilot project who can process the wastewater at 15 m3/h. The
results show that the process system is of simple structure,stable and reliable operation,high recovery rate of
condensation water ,and zero desulfurization wastewater discharge.The system achieves the goal of ZLD. The process needs
no dosing pretreatment,and takes gypsum as crystal seed to realize divalent salt crystal separation during the wastewater
concentration. The direct desulfurization treatment cost of the system is low which is about 19.42 yuan per cubic meter.
Comparing the water quality indexes of raw water and condensation water,except for the ammonia nitrogen removal rate,
the removal rates of SS,COD,Ca2+,Mg2+,SO42-,Cl- are higher than 96%. They have basically reached the water quality
standard for boiler makeup water according to The reuse of urban recycling water—Water quality standard for urban
miscellaneous water consumption(GB/T 19923—2005)
