多种供电模式下PEM电解水制氢经济性分析

摘要: 摘 要:[目的]为了解决电解水制氢项目生产成本高,制氢功能实现与项目收益率矛盾突出的问题,快速推进电解水制氢项目市场化运营,有必要进行多种供电模式下电解水制氢项目经济性研究。[方法]本文对某1000Nm3/h PEM电解水制加氢一体站五种供电模式下的项目建设方案进行模型分析,比较制氢系统供电模式优化前后的氢气成本及盈利能力数据,研究符合项目投资条件的制氢项目建设方案。[结果]总结出了五种供电模式下制氢项目的经济效果,对今后相同规模的电解水制氢系统在制氢项目中的应用具有借鉴意义。[结论]通过文中五种制氢模型分析可知,制氢项目的收益情况受制氢供电模式的影响,通过设计方案中制氢供电模式的优化,可实现平准化氢气成本下降8.00元/kg,资本金财务内部收益率提高约8个百分点,很大程度上解决制氢项目盈利能力低的问题。

Abstract: Abstract:[Introduction] In order to solve the problems of high investment in electrolytic water hydrogen production project, prominent contradiction between the realization of hydrogen production function and the project yield, and quickly promote the market-oriented application of hydrogen production equipment, it is necessary to carry out the economic research on the configuration optimization of electrolytic water hydrogen production system. [Method] In this paper, the two system configuration modes of a type of 1000m hydrogen production system are analyzed according to three different hydrogen production modes. The hydrogen cost and profitability data before and after the optimization of hydrogen production system configuration are compared, and the hydrogen produc-tion system configuration scheme that meets the project investment conditions is studied. [result] the economic effect of configuration optimization of electrolytic water hydrogen production system was summarized, which has reference significance for the application of the same scale of electrolytic water hydrogen production system in hydrogen production projects in the future. [Conclusion] Through the analysis of five hydrogen production models in this paper, it can be seen that the income of hydrogen production project is affected by the hydrogen power supply mode. Through the optimization of hydrogen production power supply mode in the design scheme, the cost of levelized hydrogen can be reduced by 8.00 yuan/kg, and the financial internal rate of return of capital can be increased by about 8%, which largely solves the problem of low profitability of hydrogen production project.
