Application of recirculating zone staged igniting combustion technology in 220t/h pulverizedfuel boiler

Abstract: The principle of recirculating zone staged igniting combustion technology is as follow: based on the slitting bluffbody burner, a few coal air flow is leaded into the recirculating zone and ignited first, it becomes a ignition source and is used to ignite the main coal air flow, so the staged igniting combustion process is realized, and the combustion of poorgrade coal is strengthening, the flame stability is raised. The technology was applied in a 220t/h pulverizedfuel boiler of a petrochemical enterprise, and good technical, economical indexes were archived.
