The Reason Analysis of Misoperation for UNS 3020 Type Generator Rotor Winding Earth Fault Protection

Abstract

Abstract: The principle of UNS 3020 type generator rotor winding earth fault protection device was introduced, and the reason of the occurring protection misoperaion in power plant operation was analyzed. The problems needing attention in commissioning, routine inspection, maintenance and overhaul were pointed out. The concrete measures for avoidance misoperation were given.
