Abstract

Abstract: The problems revealed during erection, trial operation and trial production of the first home-made CFB boiler were introduced. The adoption of successful experience, the improvement of fluidized bed heat exchanger (FBHE), the measures for prevention of explosive combustion and furnace clinkering were expounded in detail, and the useful practical experience for construction of 1025t/h CFB boiler and other CFB boilers was afforded.
