Abstract: The feature of the first domestic turbo-generator was described. The organization and management of turbo-generator erection and commission while the generator delivery was lagged seriously were expounded in detail. The feasibility of condenser covering while the generator is not in location was proofed, and the measures must be adopted were given too.
