Abstract:
Acalculationfortheelectromechanicalmodeofmultimachinepowersystemsispresented,whichavoids botheigenvaluelossanditerationtonorelationtorotoroscillationmodes.Theoscillatorymodeeigenvaluesastheiterativeinitialeigenvaluesarecalculatedwithequivalencesecondordermode;usingtheparticipationfactorsidentify thateachoscillationmodethestrongcorrelationgeneratorgroupinformation,takestheiterativeauxiliaryinformation of the iterativecalculation.Thentheassistantinformationisusedtocalculateallaccurateelectromechanicaleigenvaluesaccordingtomodelstatematrixoftheequivalencesecondorder.TheENGLAND10machinesystemisemployedtodemonstratetheeffectivenessofthemethod
