Abstract: The device arrangement and advantageous of direct air-cooled unit were introduced. The problems occurred in operation of direct air cooled unit were expounded, and the causes of these problems were analyzed. By taking relevant measures and solving schemes the failure rate was reduced and the unit trouble-free running has been ensured.
