Abstract: The problems existing in the chemical water treatment system of the heat-supplying extension project of Harbin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. were analyzed deeply. The problems needing attention at preliminary design examining, design, commission and operation were pointed out. The measures for system improvement and perfection were put forward in this paper.
