Analysis of factors influencing on thermal efficiency of heater of an introduced 300MW unit

Abstract: Combining with the requirement of unit energysaving reformation, based on the theory of equivalent enthalpy drop method, the influence of temperature difference between heater terminals and steam extraction pressure loss on the thermal efficiency of the regenerative heating system of an introduced 300MW unit was analyzed quantitatively. Aiming at the result of the quantitative analysis, the defects and problems in the regenerative heating system structure were found, and the result can be used as a foundation for optimal operation of regenerative heating system of similar units.
