Slag discharge faults and precontrol measures of CFB boiler

Abstract

Abstract: Salaqi Power Plant of Shenhua Shendong Power Corporation Limited has the first 300MW CFB (Circulating Fluidized Bed) boiler made in our country; this paper introduced the main slag discharge faults in the operation and analyzed their reasons. The failures recovery and equipments reform were explained briefly. Combination with the hidden troubles in slag discharge system of CFB boiler, a set of precontrol measures was proposed.
